XPRT Construction was appointed to deliver a comprehensive roofing and façade package at O’Brien Garages in Tower Hamlets, transforming the development with a combination of modern cladding systems and sustainable roofing solutions. The works included the installation of zinc standing seam cladding, providing a durable, low-maintenance, and architecturally striking finish to the building’s exterior. High-performance PVC roofing systems were installed to ensure long-term waterproofing, complemented by a bio-diverse roofing solution designed to promote biodiversity and enhance environmental performance within the urban setting.
Further enhancing the scheme, XPRT Construction supplied and installed architectural aluminium rainwater goods and copings to deliver effective water management and crisp façade detailing. Composite decking was also incorporated to provide a robust, low-maintenance external surface with a contemporary appearance. Delivered with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and precision workmanship, the project successfully combined functional performance with a modern architectural aesthetic suited to its Tower Hamlets location.
