XPRT Construction were appointed to deliver a comprehensive roofing and façade refurbishment at The Lanesborough, one of London’s most prestigious five-star hotels located at Hyde Park Corner. Working within a live luxury hospitality environment, the project required careful planning, discreet logistics management, and exceptional attention to detail. The scope of works included the installation of high-performance PVC single-ply roofing systems, cold liquid applied roofing to complex and detailed areas, and fully compliant fire-rated roofing solutions to enhance overall building safety. Each system was selected to provide long-term durability, superior weather resistance, and minimal maintenance while meeting current British Standards.
In addition to the roofing upgrades, XPRT Construction carried out specialist render repairs and façade restoration to preserve the building’s classical architectural character, alongside bespoke leadwork including flashings, valleys, and parapet detailing in accordance with Lead Sheet Association guidelines. Delivered in carefully managed phases to minimise disruption to guests and staff, the project successfully enhanced the building’s waterproofing performance, fire compliance, and external presentation, reflecting both modern technical standards and traditional craftsmanship befitting The Lanesborough’s reputation for excellence.
