XPRT Construction was appointed to deliver a comprehensive roofing and façade refurbishment at Barnfield Road in Greenwich, combining traditional pitched roofing with modern architectural finishes. The project included the installation of durable pitched roofing and high-performance PVC roofing membranes, providing long-term weather protection and improved building envelope performance. Zinc cladding was installed on selected areas to offer a contemporary, low-maintenance finish that complements the overall aesthetic.
To complete the scheme, XPRT Construction supplied and installed architectural aluminium fascias, soffits, and copings, ensuring robust weatherproofing, precise detailing, and a clean, modern appearance. The combination of traditional and modern roofing techniques, alongside carefully integrated aluminium and zinc elements, has delivered a high-quality, durable, and visually striking exterior for the Greenwich development.
