XPRT Construction was appointed to deliver a comprehensive roofing package at Budoch Court in Ilford, enhancing both the building’s performance and environmental credentials. The works included the installation of a high-performance PVC single-ply roofing system laid over mineral wool insulation, providing excellent thermal efficiency, fire performance, and long-term waterproofing. A fully compliant fall arrest system was also installed to ensure safe future access and maintenance at roof level, reflecting a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
In addition, XPRT Construction supplied and installed a bespoke architectural aluminium coping system to deliver robust edge protection and clean façade detailing. The project was further enhanced with the incorporation of a brown roof, designed to support biodiversity and contribute positively to the local ecology. Together, these elements have resulted in a durable, energy-efficient, and environmentally conscious roofing solution tailored to the needs of the development.
